LEGACY GIVING
Will Power
We have partnered with Will Power, a national movement to educate Canadians on the power they have to make a difference through their Wills. Check out our page on the Will Power site at https://www.willpower.ca/charities/huron-shores-hospice/. On the site you will find a calculator for potential tax benefits, common myths surrounding gifts in Wills and more.

At Huron Shores Hospice we have helped over 80 families with quality end-of-life care when they need it the most. We provide compassion and dignity through our person-centred care.
With your big heart and a little planning you can help us bring peace, comfort and dignity to those facing end-of-life in our community, for years to come. The power to create moments that matter for our residents and their families is in your hands.
Many of the legacy or planned giving options provide income tax benefits to the donor. You’ll be glad you gave and so will the families we support. We are not tax experts and strongly suggest you speak to your financial advisor before making any estate planning decisions to ensure you get the largest tax advantage possible.

Our Leave Your Lasting Legacy booklet below is a great place to start.
